I had a great experience working with SJ Plumbing, specifically John and Edward. They were extremely methodical and thorough in assessing the issue, taking a step-by-step approach to diagnose and resolve the problem. Edward was especially clear in explaining their process and findings, which I really appreciated. The service was excellent, and the cost was reasonable. I highly recommend them!

We had a slab leak at our house and needed a plumber to diagnose and fix the issue. We called SJ Plumbing based on a recommendation from a friend. John arrived on time for our designated appointment and methodically located the leak. The entire time John kept me up to date on the process, his diagnosis and possible solutions to fix the issue. I appreciate the way John communicates. He is very professional and considerate. We ended up rerouting the leaky pipe. SJ plumbing did a great job and I highly recommend them and will be using them in the future.

John Shim is the man! Our family had somewhat of an emergency and he came super fast on a Saturday and fixed the piping in a very short amount of time. The price was also great compared to several other quotes I received, you know you're not getting ripped off or pressured to do any other unnecessary services.
